On June 19, 2025, the Guam Association of REALTORS® (GAR) hosted a memorable RPAC Wine Tasting Fundraising Event, featuring a special appearance by Kevin Sears, 2025 President of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The event brought together GAR members, industry partners, and advocacy supporters for an evening of fine wine, engaging conversation, and a shared commitment to REALTOR® advocacy.
President Sears shared key insights on the importance of RPAC and its role in protecting property rights and promoting legislation that supports the real estate profession nationwide.
