In June 2025, the Guam Association of REALTORS® (GAR) had the Honor of welcoming Kevin Sears, President of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), during a special Breakfast Membership Meeting held exclusively for GAR members.
President Sears addressed the membership with timely updates on national real estate issues, NAR initiatives, and the importance of advocacy through RPAC. His visit provided members with a unique opportunity to engage directly with NAR leadership, ask questions, and gain valuable insight into the broader challenges and opportunities facing the real estate industry.
The meeting also served as a platform to highlight local concerns, celebrate recent achievements within the Guam real estate community, and strengthen the connection between GAR and the national REALTOR® organization.
President Sears’ visit underscored NAR’s commitment to all its members—across the nation and in the Pacific—while reinforcing the value of unity and representation at every level of the profession.
